Caporn Young opens striking new offices in Fremantle
Caporn Young Estate Agents secured the services of one of Western Australia’s emerging top designers to ensure that its new Fremantle office at 19-21 Queen Victoria Street, would be both visionary and complement the architecture of surrounding buildings in the area.
According to Richard Young, Principal of Caporn Young Estate Agents, the company is delighted with the newly opened office, designed by Fremantle-based Sam Payne of Payne Designs.
“Sam has established an outstanding reputation for creating innovative, sustainable living designs that blend the old and new, such as his highly regarded creation Raw Kitchen in Fremantle. Our new Fremantle office has a futuristic ambience yet still captures the essence of its historic surroundings with a warehouse design using recycled timbers and materials that even include an old shipping container!”

It is also very practical because the overall design and plan creates a comfortable and highly functional working environment for both our staff and clients,” explained Richard.
Caporn Young has had an office in Fremantle since 2007 and secured their new building in 2010 with a long term vision of establishing it as a future office that would serve both the company and clients for many years to come.
“Our new premises has double the floor space of our original Fremantle office and will be home to more than 25 employees. Our investment of more than $2.5 million which includes the purchase of the building and refurbishment, underlines our strong confidence and commitment to the
Fremantle property market,” he said.
Caporn Young’s commitment to Fremantle was further cemented with its selection as a finalist in two categories in the upcoming Fremantle Business Awards, to be held on 12 June.
