LJ Hooker Applecross has capped off a stellar first year of business by being named ‘Best Newcomer’ at the network’s annual WA awards night, held recently at Crown Metropol.

Adding to the success, LJ Hooker Applecross Principal Nick Wallace was recognised as the franchise owner who sold the highest number of properties throughout the year across the group.

The ‘Best New Start-Up’ award recognised LJ Hooker Applecross’s commitment to excellence and professionalism, by providing buying, selling and investment solutions south of the Swan River.

Mr Wallace said he was thrilled to receive the recognition from his peers.
