Overlooking the green open space of the Northbridge Piazza, at Northbridge Brewing Company (NBC), you can relax and enjoy the range of bespoke craft beers hand made on the premises by Master Brewer Ken Arrowsmith.  On offer are Pale Ale, Lager, Wheat Beer, Kolsch and Mild styles as well as seasonal specials. NBC has just launched a new winter menu which puts its own twist on a number of classic dishes, including Steak & Roast Shallot Pie, ½ Roast Duck Red Curry, Gumbo, Crispy Skinned Barramundi, Lamb Cutlets, Spaghetti with Lamb Meatballs, and Blackened Chicken just to name a few. The Caesar Salad is amazing, with 200gm crumbed Mahogany Creek chicken breast, poached egg, crisp prosciutto, croutons and Caesar dressing? Hungry yet? In addition to the new menu, NBC is also serving $17 nightly specials: Monday – 400gm Rack of Ribs, Tuesday – Fresh Barramundi, Wednesday – 350gm Torre T-Bone steak, and Thursday – Giant Veal Schnitzel.

Once a month, NBC hosts Beer O’Clock, where the brewers man the bar and serve limited edition and trial brews direct to customers. Each month when a new seasonal beer is launched NBC hosts its Beer Club where a range of beers within a particular style are cracked with the brewers.

If you are looking for somewhere to have your next function, NBC can accommodate between 10 and 500 guests. A range of food packages are available from $15 per person, and can be coupled with a cash bar, or beverage packages starting from $39 per person.
