A Little TLC
A Little TLC is a hairdressing salon with a difference. Talented freelance hairdressers from around the globe work together under the same banner to give you a very special experience. A warm and welcoming atmosphere allows you to completely relax and enjoy some well-deserved time out.
Hailing from Ireland, owner Sarah is a cut and colour specialist with 10 years experience. She uses O&M colouring and styling products – an Australian ammonia-free brand that contains native ingredients for healthy, lustrous locks.
Joining Sarah are Margaret and Lizzie. Margaret has relocated back to Perth from Sydney after spending time here in the 90s. Marg has a wealth of experience behind her, including owning 3 salons previously. Marg is also a cutting specialist and like Sarah, is passionate about the O&M range. Marg is an O&M Ammonia Free colour consultant.
Lizzie has permanently relocated to Perth from Scotland. With 15 years experience, Lizzie was previously working at Fubar Salon in Fremantle. Lizzie uses Wella products for their superior performance.

Quality Education & Training Courses
Nationally registered training organisation Education Training and Employment Australia (ETEA) opened its doors in WA three years ago. Within this short period of time, it has gained an excellent reputation for delivering quality education and training courses. Whether you are looking at starting a new career, furthering your skills in your current field, or upgrading your team’s knowledge, ETEA can assist you.
ETEA State Manager Sharon Hayden said: “Our courses are diverse, from the core allied health courses (Aged Care, Mental Health, Disability & Health Services) to business, child care and beauty. Our longest running course the IRON program trains international nurses to work in Australia.”
“We work with students to ensure the training fits their needs. We offer classroom, blended and self-directed study options,” added Admin Manager Donna Ellis.
“ETEA staff are friendly, professional and nothing is too much for them.” Leah Cruz – student.
“The teachers at ETEA have extensive industry experience and the campus is open and welcoming.” Chris So – student.
“After years of working in the industry, ETEA gave me the opportunity to teach in the classroom. I love it, it’s my second family!” Andy Iles (Lecturer).

Taoist Tai Chi
Do you want to reduce stress and have a calmer mind while improving your circulation, balance and posture? Try a beginner’s class in Taoist Tai Chi. The Fremantle branch has two locations, East Freo and Palmyra, so you can choose the one that suits you best.
Taoist Tai Chi has several branches around Perth, and many around Australia and internationally. It is a non-profit charitable organisation, run by volunteers. None of the instructors are paid. They give their time to help participants learn a gentle set of movements which involve turning and stretching. These movements reach deep inside the body, improving strength and flexibility while helping to restore the calmness and peace of mind often lost through the pressures of daily life. Taoist Tai Chi is suitable for everyone, no matter their level of fitness.
Membership costs are low and the first class is free, so why not give it a go?
