BUSTER the fun bus has been granted another stay of execution.

Freo council’s popular mobile parenting service faced the scrapyard with the Barnett government announcing it was cutting $70,000 funding at the end of the year.

But following lobbying the WA department of local government and communities has agreed to extend funding to the end of March.

Fremantle mayor Brad Pettitt says the city is negotiating with two bidders to take over Buster.
