YOLK PROPERTY is appealing to the state administrative tribunal after its Spotlight redevelopment was knocked back.

Cr Andrew Sullivan says the project is critical to rejuvenating the east end, as the building behind Fremantle Target is an eyesore. “JDAP refused the development on a legal technicality and I’m hoping that SAT determines that it comes back to council again and we can consider it more for its planning merits,” he says. “It is a good development that can be approved with some modifications.”
