Soul Festival director and events coordinator Vida Barrett says “It’s been amazing to see the community embrace the idea. It’s great to receive such positive feedback from presenters and the public, affirming that this is something the community really wants and needs.”
Tickets are $70 per day or $120 for the weekend and include live music performances from Soukouss Internationale and Grace Barbe to name a few, 8 styles of yoga, a range of talks and plenty of activities for the kids including circus play and insect hotel making.
As well as these great offerings there is access to artisan markets and a mystic lane. Pass-outs are free and families are encouraged to take some time out at the beach or enjoy the businesses in the local area.
