ROUND & Round is an entertaining and educational puppet show for the very young.

Filled with colour, puppets and heaps of balls, it’s interactive learning for babies to five year olds, says creator Rachel Riggs.

“The round and round schema is an essential building block of children’s development. To and fro, up and down, play with movement,” says the Imaginary Leaps creative director.

“When creating work for early years audiences, we take care not to introduce conventions, assumptions or concepts that are beyond young children’s immediate experience or comprehension.”

Round & Round, written by Riggs, wowed audiences at the TATE Gallery as part of London’s Awesome Children’s Festival. The show is on Saturday December 7, 10.30am and 1.30pm, at the Sustainable Housing for Artists and Creatives’ gallery in White Gum Valley.
