The MOSCOT pop-up store at David Shanahan Optometrists

For one day only, New York City’s most iconic eyewear craftsmen MOSCOT, are set to take over a local optometrist practice in Fremantle for one day only on March 28.

Situated next to The National Hotel on Market Street, the family-owned practice of David Shanahan Optometrists is handing their store over to MOSCOT on Saturday, March 28, to showcase the iconic eyewear styles of New York in Fremantle.

“We’ve seen MOSCOT frames feature more and more in Hollywood, most recently in Marty Supreme, so to have their iconic and timeless 60s style eyewear themselves in our store is going to be surreal,” shop owner David Shanahan said.

From 9 am through to 3 pm on the day, David Shanahan Optometrists is set to be fully decked out with MOSCOT eyewear. Over 250 frames are set to be available for purchase, including frames from the 2025 Fall campaign alongside their timeless designs, including the DOLT, the DAHVEN and the iconic LEMTOSH.

“New York in the 1960s was sharp and understated. MOSCOT frames carry that same attitude. Confident without being loud,” David Shanahan said.

“These are quintessentially New York glasses. Strong browlines, precise shaping, but a subtle presence.”

During the event, you’ll have the chance to take advantage of an exclusive ZEISS offer for this one day only.
