To celebrate the multicultural arts organisation is holding a shindig Friday, February 22, with a massive triple line-up.

The night features exotic world music songstress Grace Barbe, middle-east groovers Daramad and the sassy soul singers from the all-girl Aboriginal group The Merindas (pictured above). Punters can also check out the South Terrace venue’s spruced-up digs. CEO Jon Cope says all are welcome: “Kulcha has put together a stellar performance program to celebrate our 30th anniversary this year starting next Friday with the huge opening night party.

We’ve totally refurbished the venue, which is looking brilliant and we’re looking forward to a big year of awesome shows here in the heart of Freo.”
