Wednesday morning was a write-off for commuters at the corner of Stirling Highway and Tydeman Road in North Fremantle when a truck rolled, spilling frozen vegies.

The refrigerated container truck tipped at 6.20am when it turned right into Stirling Hwy out of Tydeman Road, crashing just metres from a seat.

Traffic banked up and was diverted until Main Roads cleared the site at 1.30pm. The 57-year-old driver was not injured. A crane removed the truck and trailer carrying the refrigerated container while emergency services cleaned up spilled fuel. Nearly two years to the day in 2011 a truck rolled at the intersection of Tydeman and Port Beach Roads, spilling ammonium nitrate.
