Win tickets to Perth Symphonic Chorus’ performance of Messiah

OR win the chance to rehearse with the chorus and sing at the performance!

Here’s your chance to win one of 2 double pass tickets to Perth Symphonic Choir’s performance of Handel’s Messiah at Perth Concert Hall on 19 December, OR win 1 of 2 chances to sing along with the choir in rehearsals and at the actual performance!

Beethoven once said: “Handel was the greatest composer that ever lived.  I would uncover my head, and kneel before his tomb.”  King George III called Handel “the Shakespeare of Music.”  George Bernard Shaw commented that “Handel is not a mere composer in England: he is an institution.  What is more, he is a sacred institution.”

If you don’t win this great prize you can still register to take part in the performance by visiting http://www.perthsymphonicchorus.com.au. Cost: $95 adults, $55 students. This includes 5 rehearsals led by Margaret, a birds-eye-view seat in the choir stalls and the thrill of participating in the performance at Perth Concert Hall on 19 December.

Tickets for the performance are available through Ticketek (www.ticketek.com.au) and two lucky readers can win a double ticket each from the Herald.
