THE Grange is to Beeliar what Bayview Terrace is to Claremont: top-shelf homes line a leafy street, none more so than this Dale Alcock ripper dubbed The Archipelago for reasons that aren’t clear.
What is clear is the quality of the four-bedroom home with a sweep of travertine floors throughout, adding a touch of real class.

Which leaves the central living space for the grown-ups when friends come around for dinner.
