Just over a year ago, Doctor Stephen Adams and wife Katharine moved into Fremantle’s West End and realised that there was no local medical practice or University medical centre. One of the main appeals of living in this beautiful heritage area is to be able to stroll to whatever you need, and the pair felt there was a need for a GP surgery!
West End Medical is a brand new general practice situated in Bannister Street, in the heart of the West End. The practice will cater for local residents, workers, students and visitors, offering same day appointments. Not feeling too flash but haven’t made a booking? No problem, walk-ins are welcome.
In addition to comprehensive GP services the clinic will offer skin checks, occupational health, sexual health and travel medicine. A fully equipped treatment room will allow management of minor injuries. Pathology is also available on site. The practice will bulk-bill current Notre Dame students but is otherwise a private billing clinic.
