If you’re a bit like the drummer from ZZ Top and can’t sport more than a bit of fluff on your top lip, but really want to support men’s health issues, Tania Douthwaite might just have the thing for you: Moflowvember. Every day until November 30, Ms Douthwaite will be holding a session of yoga and exercises at Fremantle’s Round House to help people get both their body and their mind into shape. Ms Douthwaite, a marine scientist who recently launched Australia’s first free-diving mental health program, says she’s often at the historic gaol early in the morning, and because she’s dealth with the Act, Belong, Commit mental health program through her work, thought she’d channel her energy into doing something positive. You’ll find her at the Round House from 6 – 7am.
