THE Atwell Arcade is being sold for the first time in almost 100 years. The arcade off the High Street Mall has been in the Atwell family since the late 1890s and is expected to fetch a cool $10 million. For the first time in 10 years the arcade is fully tenanted with more than 20 shops. Agent Miles Rowe from Savills Australia says it’s very rare for property of this size to come on the market in Fremantle. The first floor has offices and professional suites.
