THE breeze in your hair, the smell of salt in the air and the comfort of being just a few metres away from the beach. This centenarian two-storey house is perfect for any ocean lovers.

Tucked behind stone fencing which gives some privacy, it should be a condition of sale to have to sit at a timber table on the expansive raised front deck having breakfast while enjoying the unbeatable ocean view.

This place is in a perfect spot to enjoy sunsets over the Indian Ocean, either from the deck at the front or the little balcony on the first floor.
