Momentum Physiotherapy is now open in Beaconsfield

Momentum Physiotherapy and Pilates has recently opened its second practice in Beaconsfield Plaza on Lefroy Road. We offer physiotherapy treatment as well as clinical based Pilate’s classes. Herald readers have the chance to win an amazing Pilates package worth up to $265, read on to find out more!

Clinical Pilates is an exercise based class which is run by one of our physiotherapists.  Every client will have use of a Pilates reformer for the duration of the class and will have access to the trapeze table and floor exercises to help facilitate a varied work out. Following your initial assessment your physiotherapist will develop a programme around your personal goals and rehabilitation needs. It is our hope that our classes will help improve overall fitness, get stiff joints moving and increase flexibility.

Our classes run for 70 minutes, Monday through to Friday, and there are never more than 5 clients to a class. Each client receives personal attention by the physiotherapist to maintain correct technique to ensure that you are exercising in a safe manner and will teach you to maintain correct postures not only in class but in your everyday life.

Pilates is a form of exercise that can be tailored to all fitness levels. Whether you are young or old we are confident that our staff can challenge you appropriately. At momentum we fully understand how difficult it is to exercises while you are suffering from ongoing neck or back pain.  Our staff are experienced in adapting the exercises to ensure that they are achievable for you.
