Mimosa’s traditional Italian tortes and specialty continental cakes have long formed the centrepiece of birthdays, anniversaries, baptisms and other celebrations. Along with an extensive cake selection, a new breakfast menu features items such as the delicious Providence bacon and egg toasted sandwich with house made relish, and potato rosti with poached free range eggs, hollandaise sauce and slow roasted tomatoes. There are seasonally inspired specials, with every item on the menu made in-house, and particular emphasis on local produce and fresh ingredients.
