Free entertainment is always a big part of the show. Foodies will delight in the huge array of offerings in Taste WA. Well known local chef Don Hancey will be presenting a mouthwatering taste of superb local produce. Novice gardeners of all ages will love the Waterwise display with Garden Guru Trevor Cochrane and the recycling activities for the kids and don’t miss Walk Through WA, for an innovative, educational display from all regions of WA.
The extraordinary Parasites exhibition has travelled all the way from Germany. Come face to face with parasites and learn where you can find them – through pets, travel and maybe even food! Understand how climate change, globalisation and adaptation can aid their spread.
For the first time in Australia, come and watch the spectacular ‘Dance of the Drones’ – a light and technology extravaganza in the main arena each evening, topped off by a spectacular fireworks display to finish off your night.
