Two 2018 Gold Plate Awards for local favourite
Nic & Kolo has done it again! Following on from their winning form in 2017, local eatery Nic & Kolo were triumphant again at the 2018 Gold Plate Awards, taking home two gold plates in Breakfast and Licensed Cafe categories. Back in August, Nic & Kolo also won 3 awards at the WA Savour Australia Restaurant and Catering Host Plus Awards for Excellence. They won the major award ‘2018 Café of the Year’ alongside Best Breakfast Restaurant and Best Café Dining. Nic & Kolo went on to represent WA at the National Awards for Excellence and in October, they were awarded Bronze for the Best Breakfast restaurant in Australia.
Their menu is a modern Australian with a twist of Asian fusion and caters for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Nic & Kolo has recently launched new brunch and dinner menus showcasing some Mauritian inspired dishes. The restaurant specialises in coffee including filtered and cold brew.
