A NIGHT of live music, community spirit and fundraising will take over Fremantle when Party at Our House bring together three local bands in support of mental health.
Held tonight (Saturday April 11) at the Buffalo Club on High Street, the event will feature performances from Out Out, The Chinchillaz and Girl Shaped Gun, promising an energetic night while raising vital funds for mental health initiatives.
The not-for-profit Barbarians Group was founded in 2018 in memory of Conan, who struggled with his mental health and sadly took his own life at the age of 23.

• A fundraising concert for mental health featuring The Chinchillaz and Girl Shaped Gun (below) will be held in Freo in memory of Conan (above) who sadly took his own life at the age of 23.
A generous, fun-loving, guitar-strumming, ball of energy, Conan loved nothing more than to hang with his mates, having a surf or sharing a beer or two.
The Barbarians was set up by his mum Wendy, and his siblings, who came up with the idea of holding arduous treks to fundraise for mental health.

Stair-A-Thon
Over the past eight years, the Barbarians Group has gone from strength-to-strength, adding several new fundraising events including its infamous annual Stair-A-Thon.
Since founding it has raised more than $100,000.
Run by passionate volunteers, it continues to support the WA community through a range of programs focused on mental health awareness to prevent suicide, connection and resilience.

All profits from Party at Our House will go directly to the Barbarians Group, helping to fund workshops, community programs and ongoing support services across WA.
Doors open at 7pm, with tickets available for $20 online or $25 at the door.
Event organisers encourage the community to come along, enjoy a great night of live music and contribute to a meaningful cause.
